Q: Where are you based and where do you ship from?
A: Kavro LTD is a registered UK company based in London. All of our orders are securely processed and shipped directly from our UK fulfillment facilities.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Standard Tracked Shipping takes 3 to 5 business days. Express Tracked Shipping takes 1 to 2 business days. International shipping can take between 7 to 14 business days.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Standard UK shipping is £3.99, and it is completely FREE for all orders over £50. Express UK shipping is £6.99. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Q: Can I return my item if I change my mind?
A: Yes! We offer a clear 30-day return window. The item must be unused, undamaged, and kept in its original packaging. Please email us first at business@kavroltd.com to start your return.

Q: What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
A: We pack our premium items very carefully, but if something breaks during shipping, please email us within 48 hours at business@kavroltd.com with a photo of the damage. We will send you a free replacement right away.
