Refund policy

At Kavro LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium board game accessories. We offer a clear 30-day return window from the date your item is delivered.

Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of use, tabletop wear, or damage will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at business@kavroltd.com with your order number. Once authorized, we will provide you with the correct return warehouse address. Do not mail items back to our High Street North corporate office without prior authorization.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original bank card or payment method within 5–7 business days.
