We are committed to delivering your premium tabletop upgrades quickly and safely. 

Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from our UK facilities. You will receive an automated notification with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (United Kingdom):
• Standard Tracked Shipping: 3 to 5 business days – £3.99 (Free on orders over £50)
• Express Tracked Shipping: 1 to 2 business days – £6.99

We ship all UK orders using trusted, fully trackable local carriers including Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri.

International Shipping:
We ship to select international locations. International shipping times range from 7 to 14 business days depending on your location. Shipping costs will be calculated accurately at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Kavro LTD is not responsible for any customs fees or local taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and contact our customer support team at business@kavroltd.com within 48 hours with photos so we can issue an immediate replacement.
